Returns & Exchanges

We want each Teuke Home purchase to feel right in your space. Eligible unused items may be requested for return within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Return condition

Items must be unused, unwashed and returned with original packaging and product materials. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrance products, personalized goods, final-sale merchandise and gift cards are not returnable unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Starting a return

Email info@teukehomes.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. Approved returns will receive instructions and the correct return address. Unauthorized parcels may not be accepted.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
